Warm but windy for the speed work today. I focused Warm but windy for the speed work today. I focused on consistent power/heart rate when running against the stronger wind gusts to keep on target. I ended up hitting about 7:10 pace on average for my 1x1 intervals due to wind, and that is totally fine. VO2 improvement and mitochondrial adaptation was the goal, not the speed on the watch.
