Men, join me for a morning group run and runner's Men, join me for a morning group run and runner's strength workout on Monday mornings in downtown Rogers. This is a no-drop group run, you'll never be left behind. 

This event is always Free, open to all men, peer led, and always outdoors. Coffee time follows at Iron Horse Coffee. 

We'll meet at the Railyard Bike Park at 299 E. Cherry St. in the parking lot. Starting at 5:30 AM to 6:15 AM.
