Are you a Christian Man or full time Minister who lacks energy, you’re overweight or out of shape, and you lack time or motivation for the gym? (which is also probably closed currently)

How are you supposed to be impactful in your ministry or job, and have energy and confidence in the body that the Lord has given you to do His work if you have very little time for a trip to the gym or you don’t have a good workout plan, and food is a comfort and/or idol to you? 😱

Is it actually possible to be healthy and exercise to lose weight and feel better about yourself without neglecting your Family, work and Ministry obligations?! 🤯

I bet you’ve tried to go to the gym a few times and lift weights but never was held accountable and lacked knowledge of how to set up a real plan to follow… And nothing has quite worked for you, right?

How do you find the ⏰ TIME ⏰ to eat healthy, prepare for your lessons, work all day, and physically train your body… if you’re a Christian Man with a full time job or full time Minister?

How do you justify spending money on an expensive gym membership if you barely go?

😨 Why’s it so nerve-racking to take a little time to tame your fleshly desires to be lazy and indulge in unhealthy eating habits? And are there other areas of your life that you allow the flesh to win the battle?

And what about this whole nutrition thing…?!

❓ Should you be weighing food?

❓ Or maybe counting calories?

❓ Do you need pricey supplements?

❓ If so, how do you know which ones actually work?

Is the constant battle to feel confident in your body, be heart healthy and have a stress outlet, to have energy left for your kids and ministry and to tame the flesh really worth it?

Can you really be impactful in your ministry again, and build energy and confidence in the body that the Lord has given you to do His work without neglecting your Family and Ministry obligations?

🤔 And when should you have a cheat day? (And how the heck do you even do it?)

🤔 Do you even have the willpower to keep going?

🤔 Are you doing cardio or weights? How often?

🤔 What about HIIT training?

🤔 Do you mix it up…or are you best sticking to the same thing?

 STOP. JUST STOP. 🤯

If any (or all) of the above questions run through your head… day after day… I might be able to help.

Hey, it’s Johnathan here… 👋

And, while I don’t claim to know it all, I HAVE helped men transform their body & life and now I’m creating a sustainable step by step action plan for men. They call themselves Flesh Tamers 💪

And yet…

Not that long ago, I was in your shoes.

Those early days were rough.

I’d take a step forward only to take three more back. I was drowning in perceived time constraints and lack of knowledge on how, and encouragement/accountability, to get in shape. Until I had a Christian co-worker come alongside me and show me how.

Anyways, if that’s kinda how you feel right now…

Let me give you a road map, so that you stop hitting dead ends or getting lost on back roads, and instead take the fast lane to feel more healthy and confident with the body that God has given you to do His work of love in the world and in a way that you can be proud of.

Let me show you that you can feel confident in your body, be heart healthy and have a stress outlet. And you will be able to keep up with your kids and be able to do the things needed to be healthy inside and out for the Kingdom. I want you to tame the flesh. 💪

👇 Here is what I’m proposing. 👇

I’ve had a TON of Christian men with full-time secular jobs or ministry positions reach out to me asking for my advice. They’ve seen my blog on the OneChristianman website about my weight loss journey.

So I had this crazy idea to build a step by step plan to  guide you from Excuses and a lack of clear direction to feeling confident, healthy and energized to extend the mission the Lord has for you. I want you to tame the flesh in 6 weeks.

No fluff. No messing around, just a simple plan to take you from allowing your flesh to control your life to being confident, healthier and energized to fulfill the mission.
