Let’s discuss kipping pull-ups.
I was reading up on why people may think that a kipping pull-up should count in a pull-up contest. And I’m not finding any good news for the pro-kipping folks. Sure, a kipping pull-up may provide some fitness benefit, but not much in the way of building muscle (my opinion).
